The character itself is amazing,and the BG is very excellent too,I love how you did the water and er...the reflections I think there called o_o' -- please hide my old comments already.  Well shoot. You did the water highlights like a million times better than me XD Now I feel bad X3 I especially like the highlights from the moon, it looks beautiful! The back round looks great, especially the tree trunk and the rain. One thing you might want to do though, is blur the stars so that their less pixelish. You migt want to blur the bottom of the grass too, so that it blends in with the water better. But all in all, the backround is lovely (I don't know where you get the time to do such nice ones) the anatomy is excellent, and I'm jealous of your highlighting skills. Dang.
